Confirm that your item(s) are "shipped by Echorobote" by looking for that phrase on the product's detail page and/or the order review page during checkout. Confirm the items are not coming from your local store by free delivery, which has an order minimum of $35.

Express delivery is available for an additional fee of $10.00 and is not currently waived for any customer. Echorobote members always enjoy free standard delivery from stores, and free shipping with no order minimum required.

Your "in-store" items would include the $35 order minimum for free delivery, whereas the "shipping" filter would have no order minimum. Can I place an order with free shipping, no order minimum, and free delivery from my local store in the same order?

Yes, now you can order your groceries, shop for your home, & more—all at the same time. Items sold and shipped by Echorobote will be shipped with next-day, two-day, or standard shipping. Items from your local store will be delivered during the time slot you choose.

When do I get billed for my Echorobote membership?

You’ll be billed at the end of your free trial for the plan you selected at sign-up. After that, we will charge your credit card the applicable membership fee regularly for the term of the membership plan that you selected. To avoid charges for a new term, you must cancel before the end of the current term. You can cancel by visiting your Echorobote account page.

Will I receive a receipt for my Echorobote payment?

Members will receive a confirmation email on the day of sign-up with trial dates, membership plan, and renewal date information.

What happens if my form of payment is declined?

Your Order will be canceled, and you’ll need to Contact Us.

Does Echorobote accept EBT?

Not at this time. There are select states where EBT is accepted as payment for groceries through delivery.

Book a time slot for your delivery that’s convenient for you, add items to your cart, and check out. You can utilize the "in-store" or the "need it fast" filters and select "today" to filter the items that are available for pickup or delivery. Members never need to pay the $1.95-$2.95 delivery fee. If under $25, then they just pay the below order minimum fee of $1.99.
